Shirley Haggarty is the founder of Skye View Consulting. She is an experienced executive coach and leadership development consultant, with a proven track record in executive HR roles within the US and UK.  Shirley has extensive experience in financial services, including a progression of senior HR leadership roles at Toronto Dominion Bank and Halifax Bank of Scotland Group. She has led HR teams supporting businesses across the US and has a depth of HR transformation and organizational merger/integration experience.

Shirley has experience working with leaders in a diverse range of industries including finance, pharmaceuticals, education, and ‘not for profit’. Shirley loves making a difference for clients and organizations; building strong relationships and earning credibility are her signatures. Shirley is experienced in executive coaching; performance management; change leadership; organizational effectiveness; talent management; and leadership development. Her expertise is in working with individuals and executive teams in large global organizations navigating fast paced change.

Shirley is a Columbia University certified executive coach with accreditations in Bates ExPI, Hogan, NBI, and MBTI. She is currently engaged in studies to achieve a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Behavior at Harvard University in 2018. She has an MA History from the University of Glasgow; and a Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Napier University, Edinburgh. Shirley is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), UK; a member of the International Coach Federation, (ICF); and member of Harvard Institute of Coaching (IOC). She currently lives in Boston, MA, and out of work loves to spend time with family and friends.
