Who we work with

Our process involves seeking to understand who you need to influence and deliver for. We help you to take stock, consider options, and tackle what’s getting in the way. We utilize Columbia University’s approach to executive coaching drawing from psychology, neuroscience, and leadership research.
What we offer
We offer a range of psychometric and behavioral assessments to learn more about skills, talents, and motivations. We specialize in Bates ExPI™ (Executive Presence Index) the first scientifically validated tool to measure executive presence. The ExPI model clarifies Executive Presence as three critical dimensions: Character, Substance, and Style providing feedback that is practical and actionable. We also offer Hogan; Kolbe; Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI); Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI ®) and Strengths Finder 2.0. We offer the experience of a Columbia University certified executive coach & apply the International Coach Federation’s guiding principles to all of our engagements.
